DAN Swindells’s magnificent 133 not out propelled Witney Mills to an astonishing one-wicket home win over previously unbeaten East Oxford in Cherwell League Division 4.
The visitors made 225 all out from 47.3 overs, Ali Shah hitting 39 and Mursaleen Sadiqi 32. Steve Kelly pouched 3-9.
Muhammed Faruq took 3-63 for the visitors, but Mills won with three balls to spare.

Didcot maintained their winning start by thrashing Kingston Bagpuize to go clear at the top.
Ian Demain (83), Matt Jones (39) and Connor Morrison (38) were on form in their 226-5.
Jones and Jordan Morrison then both took 3-22 as Bagpuize were all out for 111, with Martin Shepherd (38) and Marco Cecchini (31) top-scoring.

Warren Ainsworth took 7-43 to set up Wallingford’s three-wicket home victory over winless Stokenchurch.
Ainsworth helped dismiss Stokenchurch for 135, but only Mark Carey (46) and Lee Ainsworth (35) got going as Wallingford reached 137-7.

Lawrence Brock took 5-18 and Ian Bryan bagged 3-27 as Chearsley were swept aside for 139 by Great & Little Tew 2nd.
Neil Davies (48) top-scored for the home side.
Tew made hard work of the chase, with Bryan (34) the only batsman to get going against Ejaz Ahmed (4-13) and Ken Baker (3-26), as Tew stumbled over the winning line on 143-9 with ten balls to spare.

Horley’s Steve Palmer (4-55) and Pete Papenfus (3-38) combined to dismiss Buckingham Town 2nd for 162, before Dave Taylor hit 44 in the home side’s 165-6.
