SCHOOLS' FOOTBALL
OXFORDSHIRE Under 16s were pipped 2-1 by Somerset in the South West Counties competition semi-final at Clevedon Town.
Somerset looked the better side in a goalless first half, and they took the lead soon after the break when Joe Cattermole buried a shot from 15 yards.
Oxon fell further behind when Tom Owen-Jones headed home a corner at the far post.
The visitors rallied and Eima Meade pulled one back, but Somerset held on to take victory.
