OXFORD City cruised into the semi-finals of the Oxfordshire Senior Cup by despatching Bletchingdon 5-0 on Tuesday night.

City led the spiritied Oxfordshire Senior Leaguers 2-0 at the break, thanks to goals from Jamie Cook and Josh Mulvany.

Declan Benjamin and Ashan Holgate also found the target in the second half, Liam Palfreeman completing the scoring with a goal on his debut.

Banbury United won 2-0 at Redditch in the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division thanks to an excellent team effort.

Kynan Isaac hit the woodwork in the first half and goals after the break from Albi Skendi (49 minutes) and Wayne Blossom (54) sealed the points.

Abingdon United’s three-game unbeaten run in Division 1 South and West came to an end with a 1-0 defeat at Paulton Rovers. A penalty on the hour decided it, Brandon Barnes scoring after a foul in the area by keeper James Foster.
