AFC Blackbirds fought back from a goal down to seal the Oxford City FA league title with a game to spare following a 1-1 home draw against Rose Hill.
In a game watched by a crowd of more than 100, Rose Hill went ahead on 25 minutes when Mark Gregory fired home.
After the break, Blackbirds came more into the game and levelled on 70 minutes when the league’s top-scorer Ben Curtis hit a 30-yard screamer into the net.
Rose Hill pushed for a winner, but heroic defending from Ashton Shaw, Lewis Moss and goalkeeper Scott James saw Blackbirds hold on for a draw and with it the championship.
Josh Green and Lee Smith each smashed in a four-timer as George FC stormed to a 11-1 victory at Community Allstars.
Ricky Anderson (2) and Tommo Totton were their other marksmen, with Tim Murdoch replying for the hosts.
