ABINGDON United Res’s unbeaten record disappeared amid a disciplinary disaster as they had four men sent off in a 3-2 defeat at Wantage Town A, writes PHIL ANNETS.

Mark Druce, Chris Hooper, Steve Pitson and Lewis Hastings received their marching orders for the Division 2 leaders.

Andy Goodchild scored twice and Luca Rennie got the other for Wantage, while Ross Tabor and Pitson struck for the seven-man visitors.

Richard Evans scored five as Coleshill United won 7-2 at home to Benson Lions.

Mark Simpkins and Dan Bradbury also scored for the hosts, with Ben Baker and Pat Cowley netting for the Lions.

Saxton Rovers Res and Drayton shared the points in a 2-2 draw.

Gareth Cooper and Luke Dewer scored for hosts Saxton, while Ryan Seamark and Luke Wheatley replied.

A penalty from Fletcher Hoey and an own goal saw Didcot Casuals keep up the pressure at the top of Division 1 with a hard fought 2-0 win at bottom side East Hendred.

Robbie Harrington’s double helped Faringdon Town to a 3-2 win at Sutton Courtenay.

Mike van der Mortel also scored for the visitors, as Sutton scored through Josh Crook and an own goal.

A David Murphy double saw Berinsfield win 2-0 at fellow Division 1 side Harwell International in the Charity Shield quarter-final.

There was a shock in the War Memorial Cup, as Division 4’s Westminster won 5-4 at Dorchester of Division 2.

Jason Hills and Dean Sillence scored two each and Josh Bourton also scored for the visitors.

Josh McInnerny, Dan Brind, Rob Hudson and Fu Hung-Choi scored for Dorchester.

Warren McCabe and Marcus Herbert struck to give Harwell International Res a 2-1 win at Milton United Res to stay top of Division 3.

Dan Osbourne hit Milton’s consolation.

Childrey United Res came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at home to Blewbury.

Ryan Woods and Matt Aplin put the visitors ahead, but two goals from Nathan Blackwell and a strike from Paris Cleary proved decisive for the home side.
