Matt Dawson scored four ties as Chipping Norton hammered Princes Risborough 49-3 at Greystones in the BB&O Championship Premier Division. A try from Tom Goffe was followed by a Barry Nutt penalty to give Chippy the early advantage, Risborough replying with a penalty.

That proved the end of their scoring as Chippy took control with three tries in 15 minutes. Dawson went over for his first of his quartet and others followed from Matt King, Richard Flather and Nutt.

Bicester crashed 60-5 at home to Stow, full back Adam Spencer getting their crumb of comfort.

Littlemore saw off Harwell 23-11 in a game switched to Littlemore after Harwell’s pitch was declared unplayable.

Handling proved difficult for both sides, but Littlemore adapted to the conditions slightly better in the first half. Two tries, a conversion and a penalty gave them a 15-0 lead. Two Andy Lee penalties brought Harwell back into the game, but despite long spells of pressure, they had only a James Hoskyns-Jones try to show for their endeavour. Two further tries wrapped it for Littlemore.

Gosford All Blacks saw off high-flying Phoenix 32-10 at Stratfield Brake.

Tim Ellis put them ahead with a penalty and then man-of-the-match Harry Sutton sold a dummy to go over under the sticks for Ellis to convert.

Another Ellis penalty made it 13-0 at half-time.

Further tries followed after the break from Sutton (2), and full back Ellis, who converted two.

James Richardson and Jason Townsend went over for Phoenix.

Abingdon thrashed Winslow 53-0 in the BB&O Championship. Centre Luke Matthews led the way with four tries, the others coming via Dale Cross, Benny Samuel, Robert Tyreman, James Webb and Ollie Young. Mark Roberts converted four.

Wheatley produced a super final 20 minutes to record their first away win of the season 22-21 at Aldermaston, after being 21-3 down.

Their points came from tries by Simon Chadbone, Dan Rule, plus a penalty try, while Jason Laman landed two conversions and a penalty.
