A 21-year-old man who was arrested after a boy was sexually assaulted at Cherwell Services has been rebailed for a second time.
The man from Wetherby, West Yorkshire, was arrested on Thursday, September 24 in connection with the incident on Sunday, August 23.
He was originally bailed by Thames Valley Police until November 9 before being rebailed until today.
He has now been rebailed again until March 14.
His arrest came after police said a 10-year-old boy was allegedly touched over his clothing by a man in the toilets at the services on the M40.
