Which parish will be responsible for estate?
I NOTE in Saturday’s Oxford Mail designs for a 500-home estate on the Wheatley campus. There was also remarks from Wheatley Parish Council regarding sewage, GP surgery and the schools which I think is all fair comment.
What puzzles me is no quote from Holton Parish Council. Now correct me if I’m wrong but I understand the boundary between Holton and Wheatley runs down the centre of the A40 which puts Brookes in Holton parish. I only ask as I wondered which parish will be responsible for the new development.
