OXFORD Brookes University will today host a seminar discussing its research on modern slavery across the world.
Dr Tamsin Barber, Dr Kate Clayton-Hathway and Fiona Gell will discuss research ranging from slavery in Vietnam to cannabis farms and nail salons in London.
The event titled ‘Researching invisible people in modern slavery: Projects at Oxford Brookes and Elmore Community Services, Oxford’ will be held today from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
It is open to the public and no booking is required for the talk to be held at The Lab, Abercrombie, Headington Campus.
