CHILDREN are 'settled and happy' at a preschool near Faringdon, Ofsted has said.

The regulator has rated Annabelle's Fernham Pre-School 'good' and gave the praise in a report last week.

An inspector described staff as 'good role models' and said children 'develop into curious and inquisitive learners'.

Their report added: "They show good levels of well-being and enjoyment during their time at pre-school.

"Staff provide a highly inviting and interesting indoor learning environment."

The preschool had 31 children on roll during Ofsted's visit last month.
