A NEW CEO has been appointed to lead efforts to transform how energy is stored.
Neil Morris will take up the position at the Faraday Institution, headquartered at the Harwell Campus.
The Government-backed research institute is seeking to find new solutions for battery storage as a way of kick-starting an electric vehicle revolution.
It launched earlier this year as part of a new 'cluster' of energy experts at the science campus.
Mr Morris previously worked for BP and Klesch Petroleum.
