A COMMUNITY action group is looking for volunteers, who will be trained in home–composting and cooking with leftovers, to help them pass on food waste skills to other people in the area.
The Replenish scheme, aims to reduce the amount of organic waste that ends up in bins–which they say makes up 30 per cent of what ends up in the bin.
The team behind the scheme train up volunteers which then share skills will the local community at events and talks.
