A REPATRIATION will take place today for a soldier who died in Estonia.
The body of Private Reece Miller, 29, of 1st Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment, will be taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford this afternoon for a post mortem examination.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Defence said: “It is with great sadness that the British Army must confirm the death of Private Reece Miller from the 1st Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment as a result of a non-battle injury while serving in Estonia.”
An aircraft is scheduled to arrive at RAF Brize Norton at 1.30pm, and veterans are expected to pay tribute in Headley Way, Headington, as the cortege passes.
