A FUNDRAISING event to increase awareness of pancreatic cancer will take place in Oxford on Sunday.
'Striding for Survival' invites participants to walk, jog, or run 5km around Florence Park as they raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer Action.
The event is being run by Kelley Spacey, the organisation's Oxfordshire representative, who lost her mother to pancreatic cancer seven years ago.
Pancreatic Cancer Action aims to improve survival rates by ensuring cases of the disease are diagnosed as early as possible.
Visit pancreaticcanceraction.org or contact Mrs Spacey on 07706 170 574 for details.
