WORK on temporary units that will house supermarkets, a church and a community centre as a multi-million pound development is completed will begin today.
The intention of developers Mace is to provide new space for Tesco, the Co-Op, Lloyds Pharmacy, Botley Baptist Church and Seacourt Court during the main stage of work at the West Way shopping centre.
The Grant Thornton and Elms Court buildings on West Way will be used as temporary premises as work finally gets underway.
Working hours will be from 7.30am to 6pm between Monday and Friday and between 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
