OXFORDSHIRE'S largest secondary school is staging a community run to help plug holes in its budget.
Lord Williams's School in Thame will welcome participants for a five kilometre fun run on Saturday, April 28.
The event starts at 1pm, promising obstacles and a 'splash of colour'.
A post about the run on the 2091-pupil secondary school's website states: "As well as having fun we are taking on the serious challenge of raising funds for Lord Williams's School and we ask all participants to raise as much money as they can."
Last month the school's head told the Oxford Mail about his money worries due to ever-stretched school funding. To sign up, visit lws5k.eventbrite.co.uk.
