A PLAN for new homes and the demolition of a building which was formerly used as a builder's yard were approved for a site in Temple Cowley.
City councillors gave the go-ahead for the changes in Glanville Road.
As part of that, nine new homes in two blocks with a total of 14 car parking spaces will be provided.
The front block of the new development will provide four two-bedroom flats and two one-bedroom flats.
A block to the back of that will provide two three-bedroom homes and one four-bedroom house. All of those will have small gardens built behind them.
Councillors approved the plans but said they wanted a suitable disabled parking space to be provided in addition to the proposed proposal.
Council officers said the work is thought to be 'an efficient use' of the land.
