AN OXFORDSHIRE villager is backing an African church leader’s appeal for funds to buy a new truck.
Mark Sandels from Grove has set up a crowd-funding web page to try and help Yotam Theu raise £2,000.
Mr Theu, a church leader in the Malawian capital Mzuzu, is trying to buy the truck for long-distance journeys visiting remote communities around the county which will also provide safety from crocodiles-infested rivers. See justgiving.com/crowdfunding/mark-sandels
