A NEW exhibition has opened at the Ashmolean Museum displaying items found in local archaeological digs.
Finds found by metal detectorists on the Berkshire Downs will be displayed until April.
The free exhibition features coins, pottery and metalwork from the late Iron Age to the end of Roman Britain.
