HEALTH and wellbeing in Abingdon will be discussed at a meeting between residents and NHS staff.
The purpose of the event is for community groups and members of the public to talk directly to people from the NHS to talk about what can be done together and what help is available from the NHS to achieve this.
The main feature of the meeting will be the table discussion session where the community and the NHS will discuss ideas.
Different tables will focus on different topics depending on what of the community groups and members of the public feel are important.
For example, some people may want to discuss dementia, while others recreational activities.
The event will take place on Thursday from 5pm to 7 pm at the NE Abingdon Community Centre on Peachcroft Road.
