PHILOSOPHER A. C. Grayling will set out the case for the UK to produce a written constitution in Oxford tomorrow.
The renowned academic is the author of more than thirty books of philosophy, biography, history of ideas, and essays.
He will be speaking in the Leonard Wolfson Auditorium, Wolfson College, from 5.30pm.
