STAFF and residents at a Bampton care home were joined by the chairman of West Oxfordshire District Council for the unveiling of its memory lane dementia corridor.
Rosebank Care Home in High Street invited councillor Norman MacRae in to cut the ribbon and declare the corridor officially open, before residents and their families admired the specially designed décor and took a tour of the newly opened hair and beauty salon.
The memory lane was designed to provide visual and sensory awareness and a ‘time out’ area for reminiscence and relaxation.
