A WORLD class violin teacher passed on his knowledge to boys at Abingdon School with a masterclass.
Levon Chilingrian taught seven pupils how to hold the bow, how to produce different kinds of vibrato with minimal effort and how to practise more efficiently.
Mr Chilingrian formerly taught at The Royal College of Music and is now a tutor at the Royal Academy.
He also regularly travels to Venezuela in South America where he directs the chamber music programme of the El Sistema project.
