SHOPPERS in Wallingford have been thanked after they donated £530.92 to the Salvation Army on a "flag day" collection.
Volunteers for the charity's Reading West Corps took to the town centre on Saturday, August 6, and collected contributions in buckets.
The money raised will be divided 50/50 between the Salvation Army's work in the UK and the ongoing work of the Reading West Corps.
