A SUMMER festival amongst the flowers, apple orchards and wooden dinosaurs of the Elder Stubbs Allotment Site returns on Saturday, August 20.
The event in Rymers Lane will run from 12pm to 6pm and include live music, workshops, stalls, kids’ activities, a reggae tent and performing arts.
About 150 local volunteers have been working around the clock to set up the Elder Stubbs Festival, which this year turns 21, while co-organiser and mental health charity Restore is also turning 35. Adult tickets cost £1.50 on the door and children enter for free.
