CAMERON says yes to a referendum but he wants a conditional one.
That way he can twist the results to what he wants – just like Wilson did in 1974. It’s got to be simple: in = yes; no = out.
If he did this, he would be as famous as Churchill. Then perhaps we could run our own country and be great again.
