A takeaway has been fined a total of £18,000 after it breached a series of food hygiene regulations.
The manager of Banbury Fried Chicken, in Middleton Road, Arif Hussain, 36, admitted 10 breaches of the Food Hygiene Regulations 2006. Company director Basharat Hussain admitted a further 11 breaches at Banbury Magistrates’ court on Tuesday.
Magistrates fined Banbury Fried Chicken £11,000 and ordered it to pay £5,000 costs. Arif Hussain was fined £2,000.
