A motorcyclist killed in an accident on the A418 at Wheatley on Sunday has been formally identified as Paul Hillier from Greenwich Crescent, Newham, London.
The 56-year-old was riding towards Waterstock from the A40 when he was involved in a collision with a silver Mercedes at 9.50pm.
An inquest into his death has been formally opened at the Oxfordshire Coroner’s Office.
