BANBURY

John Bolton, 43, of East Street, Banbury, admitted criminally damaging two front windows valued at £300 in Cromwell Road, Banbury, on July 11. Given a six-week daily curfew between the hours of 9pm and 7am and told to pay £50 costs and £300 compensation.

David Holland, 42, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted possessing a small bag of cannabis (Class B) in Banbury on May 28. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Kevin Millar, 46, of Lennox Gardens, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Lennox Gardens on July 11. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Lydia Aldworth, 29, of Kennedy House, Orchard Way, Banbury, admitted criminally damaging a door of unknown value in Kennedy House on July 10. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.

Nicky Anthistle, 28, of Wykham Place, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in George Street, Banbury, on February 18. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and £50 costs.

Paul Connor, 34, of Lyneham Road, Bicester, admitted stealing a pedal cycle in Sheep Street, Bicester, on July 10; stealing a pedal cycle in Sheep Street, Bicester, on July 11; and stealing a pedal cycle in Buckingham Road, Bicester, on June 30. Given an 18-week jail term, suspended for 12 months. Also given 12 months’ supervision and a six-month drug-rehabilitation programme. Told to pay a total of £896 compensation.

Roger Matthewman, 36, of Dore Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, admitted drink- driving in Christchurch Court, Banbury, on May 6. Had 232 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107 milligrams. Fined £110, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

Ivor Woolford, 63, of The Green, Stanton Harcourt, admitted driving without due care and attention on the A40 at the junction with the B4022 High Cogges in South Leigh, Witney, on March 20. Fined £135, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Given five penalty points on his licence.

OXFORD

Kyle Grant, 24, of Paradise House, Eden Street, Coventry, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Divinity Road, Oxford, on May 10. Fined £110, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tom Loveridge, 30, of Tenacre Caravan Park, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted stealing a laptop computer of unknown value in Rose Hill, Oxford, on May 2 and failing to surrender to court bail on May 30. Also admitted stealing a child’s bike trailer valued at £130 in Alice Smith Square, Littlemore, on July 24. Given a six-month curfew on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, between the hours of 7pm and 6am. Also told to do 100 hours’ unpaid work and pay £85 costs.

Craig Westland, 20, of Fairfield Place, Abingdon, admitted criminally damaging two glass front doors, two public police signs and a concrete wall valued at more than £5,000 at Abingdon Police Station on July 24, and commission of a further offence while subject to a community order. Jailed for eight weeks and told to pay £500 compensation.

Richard Brown, 45, of Walton Street, Oxford, convicted of driving without reasonable consideration for other road users in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on November 5; assault by beating on the same day; driving without due care and attention in the John Allen Centre, Oxford, on November 9; using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on November 9; and admitted failing to surrender to court bail on June 20. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £100 compensation. Also given a year’s supervision and banned from driving for six months.

Joseph Pang, 55, of Longworth Road, Southmoor, convicted of driving while disqualified and without insurance in Hennef Way, Banbury, on December 21. Also convicted of failing to surrender to court bail on January 23. Given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for six months and given six months’ supervision. Also given a three-month curfew on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 9pm and 6am. Banned from driving for nine months.

Arkadiusz Parzych, 35, of Chandlers Close, Wantage, admitted burgling the Music Gallery in Newbury Street, Wantage, on May 2. Stole musical equipment valued at £6,626. Told to pay £1,890 compensation and £65 costs.

David Solomon, 34, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting food valued at £90.48 from Tesco in Didcot on July 10 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Christopher Snelling, 35, of Oakwood Way, Cumnor, convicted of failing to give a name and address when asked by a police constable having been suspected of public disorder and using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on January 7 in Oxford. Fined £750, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £620 costs.

Ainsley Smith, 31, of Lancut Road, Witney, admitted shoplifting a bottle of vodka valued at £18.99 from Co-op in Botley on November 17. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay £18.99 compensation and £85 costs.

Sharron North, 39, of Rawthey Avenue, Didcot, admitted drink-diriving in Arndale Beck, Didcot, on June 9. Had 117 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £235, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned for a year.

Alexandro Rainea, 40, of Heyford Hill House, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Sandford Road, Littlemore, on July 13. Had 97 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given 70 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs. Banned from driving for two years.
