KRISTOPHER Reeder will be playing at the Carnegie Challenge Cup Final at Wembley on Saturday.
But he won’t be taking his rugby league kit – all he needs is his trusty bass trombone.
In front of 80,000 fans, and around three million others watching around the world, he will play the National Anthem and other tunes with the Aveley Brass Band.
Mr Reeder, 27, from Middleton Cheney, said: “I have played the Royal Albert Hall and the Birmingham Symphony Hall, but this is probably the biggest gig I have ever done.”
The final sees Leeds Rhinos face Warrington Wolves.
