Admitted drink driving in Ploughley Road, Bicester, on December 22. Had 148 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams.
Fined £650, a £15 victims' surcharge and £500 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
Neil Butler , 28, of Fern Hill Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) and attempting to steal a pedal cycle on Cowley on July 4. Given a six-month conditional discharge and fined £50, a £15 victims' surcharge and £35 costs.
Helyn Ward-Ackland , 47, of Hailey Avenue, Chipping Norton, admitted shoplifting a can of coffee from Tesco in Oxford and assault by beating on July 3. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.
