PEOPLE living in one Bicester estate are being urged to join a community charity fun day to mark the end of the Olympic Games.
Bure Park Residents’ Association (BPRA) has organised its own community games featuring Aunt Sally, rounders, tug of war and target shooting with a toy gun on Sunday.
There will also be face-painting, candy floss, a bouncy castle and refreshments. The event at the Bure Park school field, from 2pm to 10.30pm, will end with an awards ceremony at the Bure Farm pub, which will be screening the closing ceremony of the London Olympics.
