WHEN the Queen came to the throne, there were two million cars on the road.
Now in her Jubilee year there are 27 million.
Is it any wonder there are so many incidents of road rage and so many more accidents?
Accidents are expensive to recover, particularly on busy motorways and cause long delays as they are investigated.
The situation with the number of cars is untenable.
