A 14-year-old girl from Banbury has gone missing, prompting a police appeal for help from the public.

Molly O’Donovan, 14, was last seen at her home address at about 9am yesterday, and was reported missing shortly after 2pm.

The teenager is white, about 5ft 2ins, with a slim build and dark brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a dark grey Super Dry hooded top with orange writing, black leggings and dark brown UGG boots.

Insp Graham Hadley, of Thames Valley Police , said: “It is out of character for Molly to be away from home and out of contact with her family.

“Naturally her family are very concerned about her welfare and I would urge her, or anyone who as seen her, to get in contact with police urgently.”
