OXFORD
Adrian Bottley, 23, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting £33.03 of alcohol from Marks and Spencer in Oxford on April 12 and failing to surrender to court bail on June 8. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
BANBURY
Adrian Chorazy, 26, of Moorland Close, Witney, admitted drink driving in The Crofts, Witney, on June 24. Had 82 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 21 months.
James Hall, 28, of Helensburgh, Dunbartonshire, admitted being in charge of a vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit in North Leigh, on June 24. Fined £120, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 10 penalty points.
Robert Humberstone-Garley, 57, of Oxford Hill, Witney, admitted drink driving in Corn Street, Witney, on June 24. Fined £350, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
