A woman found dead on the Phoenix Trail in Thame has been formally identified as Sheila McNicholas.
An inquest into the death of the 73-year-old, of Thame, opened at Oxfordshire Coroner’s Office yesterday. She was found by a member of the public along the popular walking path at 6.45am on Wednesday.
Thames Valley Police is not treating her death as suspicious.
Meanwhile, an inquest into the death of a 52-year-old lorry driver killed in a crash on the A415 near Culham the same day has not yet opened.
