OXFORD: Bill Clinton is back in Oxford today to deliver a speech at the Examination Schools in the High Street.
The former American president and Oxford scholar will this afternoon give the closing address at a forum examining how the world can ensure continued access to food, energy and water in the face of rapid population growth.
The Re/Source 2012, hosted by Oxford University, opened yesterday.
