Nathan Mills, 19, of Evenlode Drive, Berinsfield, admitted two counts of assault by beating and damaging a Ford Fiesta in Berinsfield on November 24. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.

John Mundy, 46, of Lake Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a can of lager valued at £1.50 from Londis in Oxford on May 9, 2011, and using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 11. Told to pay £100 compensation and £50 costs.

Andrew Fraser, 45, of Colston Close, Calcot, Reading, admitted drink- driving on the B4009 at Aston Rowant on April 22. Had 66 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.

Emma Thomas, 18, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted assault by beating in Faringdon on April 21. Given a nine-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs.

Roy Walls, 47, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on April 22. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Kayleigh Rowlands, 25, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted shoplifting three bottles of vodka valued at £90 from Waitrose in Oxford on April 19 and shoplifting two packets of chicken fillets, two bottles of whiskey and one bottle of vodka valued at a total of £65.87 from Co-op in Oxford on April 20. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £90 compensation and £40 costs.

Leslie Belcher, 51, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted breaching his anti-social behaviour order (asbo) by being drunk in Speedwell Street, Oxford, on February 13. Jailed for 28 days.

Richard Groves, 34, of Green Road, Didcot, admitted possessing heroin (Class A) in Didcot between January 21 and 23. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £60 costs.

Charles Powell, 20, of Harpes Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a direction to leave Park End Street, Oxford, for 6.25 hours on January 8 and failing to surrender to court bail on June 14. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs.

Jennifer Williamson, 28, of Egrove Close, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in East Avenue, Oxford, on April 14 and failing to surrender to court bail on June 11. Fined £60 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Lee Wallis, 36, of Station Road, Chinnor, admitted shoplifting a jacket and trousers valued at £199 from Marks and Spencer in Oxford on April 12 and committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Asheligh Thomson, 20, of Braithwaite Close, Banbury, admitted theft of £122, GHD hair straighteners, 12 Pleasuremax condoms, six Sweaty Betty Zumba headbands, Gillette Venus razor blades, two Zumba wristbands and first and second-class postage stamps valued at a total of £299 in Banbury on March 22. Given 40 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £40 costs and £134.20 compensation.

Edward Fox, 62, of Wood Street, Rugby, Warwickshire, admitted four counts of making 224 indecent images of children in Banbury between October 26, 2010, and March 22, 2011. Told to participate in the Community Sex Offender Programme for 730 days, with three years’ supervision. Put on the sex offender register for five years.
