Police would like to speak to this man after a bicycle was stolen from the city railway station.

The theft took place at about 6.30pm on Friday, June 8, but police did not launch an appeal until yesterday.

The victim left the bike secured to the cycle rack at the station at about 7.15am. When he returned later in the day it was missing.

PC Roddy Brown said: “A man arrived on bicycle to the station around 6.30pm and is seen leaving the station approximately five minutes later on a different cycle, believed to be the victim’s.”
