A MOTORIST who refused to provide a breath test has been given a curfew.
Billy Thomas was pulled over in Oxford Road, Cowley, on February 20, but did not co-operate with police.
The 24-year-old, who has a previous drink-driving conviction, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday and admitted the offence on the basis he was suffering a panic attack at the time.
Thomas, of Saffron Crescent, Carterton, was given a two-month curfew to run from 8pm until 6am daily. He must also pay £250 costs and was banned from driving for three years.
