I wish to refer to the photograph of Richard Mann, of Cyclox, in Friday’s Oxford Mail, relating to plans to tackle accident blackspots.
For someone with a concern for cyclists and their safety, I find it strange that he is wearing dark clothes, no cycle helmet and it appears that he is undertaking the traffic, which I always assumed was illegal.
