I would just like to say how saddened I am at the sad death of the young boy who drowned at Donnington Bridge on Friday.
The reaction of the students on Saturday made me proud to be part of Oxford University.
The boat club captains held a meeting and decided to fly all the boathouse flags at half mast and to hold a minute’s silence in memory of this young boy.
My thoughts go out to his family and friends.
