POLICE and ambulance crews were called to reports of a man sitting on the wrong side of the railings of a bridge in Upper Windsor Street, Banbury, at 10.50am.
A police spokesman said: “The man left the bridge after speaking to officers at about 11.50am. He has been taken to hospital to be assessed.”
