OXFORD: Two men will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today charged with causing unneccessary suffering to an animal.
Tony Mrzygold, 53, and Paul Baldwin, 37, both of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, are accused of causing suffering to a kitten.
