Firefighters rescued two adults and two children from a kitchen fire in School Court off Great Clarendon Street, in Jericho.
The fire service was called at 1.45am on Saturday after a pan of food in the three-storey building caught fire.
Firefighters used a six-metre ladder to rescue the adults and children.
No-one was injured.
