Chef braves weather for BBQ demonstration
Chef Dan Cooper will be at Millets Farm Centre, at Frilford, near Abingdon, on Wednesday demonstrating a more unusual range of barbecued dishes.
Dan, who has cooked up feasts for celebrities including Lily Allen and Alex James, will be packing his barbecues, tools and ingredients into the specially designed, state of the art Airstream Land-Yacht, and will be showing visitors to the BBQ Experience how to perfect ‘roast’, ‘grill’ and ‘bake’ techniques.
There will be plenty of opportunities to sample the food and take home recipe cards.
The Weber BBQ Experience Roadshow will fire up from 11.30am to 2.30pm with tastings throughout the day.
