One man has been taken to hospital following a major blaze at a factory close to Enstone Airfield.
About 60 firefighters are tackling the fire at Oxford Plastics.
The blaze started shortly before 8pm.
Eye witnesses reported a large plume of black smoke.
South Central Ambulance confirmed one man was taken to the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford but his injuries are not known.
The B4030 is closed east of Gagingwell, and the B4022 is closed at the junction with the A44.
