Charles Pusey, 59, of Stratton Audley, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Mill Road, Bicester, on March 3. Had 70 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Depu Razzaki, 23, of Moorland Close, Witney, admitted driving without due care and attention in Oxford Hill, Witney, on November 20. Fined £240, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Given five penalty points.

Thomas Richards, 26, of Bourton Close, Witney, admitted adapting an article for use in fraud, namely a Thames Valley Probation Service bus travel warrant, in Witney on April 5. Fined £50, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and £62.50 compensation.

Reece Weston, 20, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Banbury on February 29. Fined £165, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Roisin McLaughlin, 21, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted shoplifting alcohol valued at £10.29 from Co-op in Banbury on October 26, shoplifting alcohol and other items valued at £34.30 from One Stop in Banbury on December 30 and failing to surrender to court bail on March 14. Fined £155, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Told to pay £44.59 compensation.

Mohammed Basharat, 33, of West Street, Banbury, admitted possessing heroin (Class A) in Banbury on December 9. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
