INSIDE today’s Bad Eggs are a convicted rapist wanted on recall to prison and a man suspected of entering the country illegally.

The second day of our Easter crime campaign with Thames Valley Police is calling on Oxford Mail readers to help officers track them down.

It follows our successful Christmas Badvent campaign which led to the arrest of eight of Oxford’s most wanted.

John Bisson, 22, is wanted on recall to prison following a rape conviction.

On November 29, 2009, he was jailed for five years for raping an 18-year-old woman as she slept and then putting a knife to her throat.

Det Sgt John Linsdell said: “He was living in the Reading area but has strong links with Blackbird Leys in Oxford.

“He was released from prison on February 3, 2011, for the offence of rape, which was committed in June 2009, and is being recalled to prison after an altercation in Reading on March 17.

“Bisson is from the Oxford area and we believe he may return here.”

Our second bad egg is a man wanted by two police forces and the UK Border Agency.

Bledar Hasi is wanted on suspicion of illegally entering the UK and was last seen in Oxford.

Det Sgt Linsdell said: “Hasi’s last known addresses are in Marston Road and Scott Road in Oxford, and he was removed from the UK in July 2011 and sent back to Albania.

“He has made three unsuccessful attempts to re-enter the UK.

“On Wednesday, February 8, this year he arrived at Stansted Airport and absconded from UK Border Agency officers.”

The 22-year-old is also wanted by the UK Border Agency on suspicion of entering the UK illegally.

He is also of interest to Essex Police at Stansted and to the UK Border Agency Crime Team at Stansted.
