A 74-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with death by careless driving over the death of Oxford cyclist Joanna Braithwaite.
Stephen Bateman, of Astrop Road, Middleton Cheney, was bailed to appear before Oxford magistrates on April 18.
Miss Braithwaite, 34, of North Oxford, was killed in a collision with a cement mixer in Woodstock Road at the junction with Polstead Road on October 28 last year.
